1. General Terms

• 1.1 The purchase of a ticket constitutes full acceptance of these terms and conditions.
• 1.2 Only passengers who present a valid ticket are entitled to travel. In the case of an electronic ticket, this means that the passenger must present a validly issued electronic ticket, which will be received via email confirmation (via the electronic address he/she has declared) with the booking number and details of the booking. The passenger's main concern is to keep the booking receipt.
• 1.3 The timetables may change. It is the passenger's responsibility to contact the Foundation and check that the itinerary will be carried out as originally planned.
• 1.4 Persons or luggage that endanger the health of other persons or the safety of persons and/or equipment are excluded from transportation. Passengers must comply with the laws and applicable regulations and comply with the instructions of the Foundation's staff. The Foundation is not responsible for any accidents that may occur due to violations by passengers, while passengers are required to pay compensation for damages caused by passengers during transportation.

2. Cancellations and Refunds

• 2.1 The Foundation is not responsible for the passenger's inability to arrive due to personal reasons or other external factors, not related to the operation of the Cable Car.
• 2.2 In the event that the passenger fails to arrive and use the service covered by the ticket, he is not entitled to a refund or compensation as he can use his ticket until 31/12 of the same year for which the ticket was originally issued.
• 2.3 Tickets are considered valuable and therefore, if lost, they are not replaced. In this context, the loss of a ticket is the responsibility of the holder and not the issuer and thus the Foundation is not obliged to refund money.

3. Cancellations and Transfers

• 3.1 The Foundation reserves the right to cancel or postpone public transport services due to force majeure (e.g. bad weather conditions, strikes, natural disasters, or other unforeseen situations)
• 3.2 In the event of cancellation, the Foundation does not owe any payment of the value of the ticket back to the customer as the possibility of using the services covered by the ticket is offered, for another date, depending on the circumstances.

4. Safety and Liability

• 4.1 The Foundation makes every effort to ensure the safety and pleasant experience of customers during transportation. However, the Foundation shall not be liable for any accidents or damages that may occur during transportation, unless they are due to gross negligence or intent on the part of the Foundation.
• 4.2 In the event of inability to provide the service due to external factors, such as strikes or technical problems, the Foundation shall not be liable.

5. Weather Conditions

• 5.1 The Foundation is not responsible for any suspension of cable car operations due to adverse weather conditions, such as strong wind, rain, snow, storms, earthquakes or other natural conditions that, in the sole discretion of the Foundation, prevent or may jeopardize the safe operation of the transport project.

6. Transferability of Tickets

• 6.1 Tickets may be transferred to third parties.

7. Order Cancellation

• 7.1 In the event of a desire to cancel the order, the cancellation may only be made after the customer has contacted the Cable Car, within two (2) hours at the latest from the issuance of the electronic ticket. During this period, the customer must send an email to [email protected] from the same email address that he/she stated when ordering, requesting the cancellation of the order and stating the IBAN of the bank account from which he/she wants the money to be refunded.

8. Disputes and Applicable Law

• 8.1 Any dispute arising from the use of the tickets will be resolved in accordance with applicable Greek legislation and the competent courts.

This privacy policy sets out how the data that the reader of this document (hereinafter referred to as the “User”) provides voluntarily or involuntarily when using the current website (hereinafter referred to as the “Website”), owned by the Loula & Evangelos Nomikos Foundation (hereinafter referred to as the “Provider”), is collected, used and protected. By using the Website, the User unconditionally and fully agrees to what is described in this policy in relation to the issues governing the data that he provides to the Provider or third parties when using the Website. The Provider's partners who are responsible for hosting and supporting the Website and/or other Provider systems, necessary for the provision of the services provided to the User, are excluded.
